SmileSIM Takes on the Greater New York Dental Meeting

We are excited to be attending the Greater New York Dental Meeting this November! This is a great event taking place from November 25th to the 28th. You can find us in booth #5230, three rows away from the conference rooms. This will be the perfect opportunity to:

• See SmileSIM in action and find information
• Meet SmileSIM CEO, Scott Dudley, along with the rest of the team
• Win prizes in our raffle

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• No purchase required. 
• Need not be present to win.

How to Enter the Raffle

GNYDM show attendees who wish to participate must place their business card in the raffle jar or have their credentials scanned between November 25th and Nov 28th. A random drawing will be held on or before December 15th, 2018 at 5:00pm (EST).

Prizes

Winners will be awarded as follows:

• (1) Grand prize winner will receive a voucher for a SmileSIM 125 Credit Pack ($1,725.00 value)
• (2) Second prize winners will receive vouchers for a SmileSIM 50 Credit Pack ($790 value each)
• (3) Third prize winners receive vouchers for a SmileSIM 25 Credit Pack ($445.00 value each)
• (5) Fourth prize winners will receive vouchers for a 5 Credit Pack ($99 value each).

Raffle winners will be posted on the SmileSIM website on or before December 15th, 2018 at 5:00 pm (EST) and duly notified by email within 14 days thereafter. Winners can redeem their credit pack vouchers at checkout at www.smilesimdmd.com.

The Raffle is being conducted by SmileSIM.

The winners understand, acknowledge, and agree that the winners are receiving a prize and will hereby release and discharge SmileSIM, and any additional sponsors, their employees, agents, officers, directors, and legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from or caused by the award of such prize.

Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of receiving an email notification. Any unclaimed prize after that date will constitute forfeiture and be transferred to SmileSIM.

The decisions and rules of SmileSIM are final on all matters concerning the Raffle and Void where prohibited by law.
